    Payton, is not only the most kind genuine human being she is AMAZING at what she does. She LOVES what she does. That’s hard to come by these days. I never thought anyone would be able to put up with a bride like me- anxiety ridden and all over the place. I was way wrong- Payton made me feel as if all the feelings I was feeling were valid and continuously showed that everything was going to be okay. Payton was organized and most of all she has fun with the chaos that a wedding can be. I trusted Payton 110% with my wedding day. I knew if something went wrong she would be running to fix it or make it better. I not only am praising Payton as a wedding coordinator I’m praising her as my now friend and as a person. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Great question! A Venue Coordinator is not the same as a Wedding Day Coordinator. The role of a Venue Coordinator (in most cases) is to strictly coordinate and handle venue needs. On the event day, most Venue Coordinators are on-site and will come and go throughout the duration of the event. Wedding Coordinators (Day-of Coordinators, Full-Service Planners, Month-of Coordinator, etc. - there are many planners with their own personal style and design of how they work, so be sure to ask questions!) coordinate and assist the Wedding Day. We work for the couple, so we are responsible for all events happening day-of, working with vendors, decor, timelines, and being the point of contact for any questions (this helps ease stress for the couple day-of).

  • We LOVE to travel! Our passports are ready. We also love travelling within the US.

  • We do not! We have found our love for partial planning/ day-of management and believe we best serve our clients in this role.

  • We require a signed contract & deposit paid - all online! Deposits are 25% of your total proposal and are non-refundable. All remaining payments are due no later than (1) month before your event date.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.
